Shipping policy

At SAGE, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and as swiftly as possible—all while being mindful of the process.


Shipping Method

All domestic orders could be shipped using your preferred domestic courier services, for website orders we are not yet accepting same day deliveries.

All international orders could be shipped using DHL services

We operate Monday to Friday, and payments confirmed outside business days (weekends or public holidays) will be processed on the next working day.

Please note:

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays

  • Orders are shipped only after payment is confirmed in full

  • We are not liable for courier-related delays or loss after the package is handed to

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way

  • During new drops or launch periods, processing may take longer than usual periods. Please allow extra 2-3 business days for processing due to high volume

  • Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the address unless there is an error in the address provided.

Delivery Timeline

Jabodetabek: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Other Indonesian cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch
International Orders: 4 - 9 working days after dispatch

Shipping times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on weight and courier service you prefer. If your order exceeds 1kg, the next full kg will apply. You can view each item’s weight on its product page.


International Orders 

As customs and import fees vary, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please check with your customs and import authority for more details.

If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you.
