EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you purchase the wrong size, we accept exchanges in case of size exchanges, wrong items shipped, and manufacturing defects.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are valid for size or item changes only (subject to availability).

  • Sale items, intimates, and customized orders are non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange:

    with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  2. We’ll confirm item availability and provide instructions for return.

  3. If the size is no longer in stock, you can exchange it with another color in stock.

  4. We will bear the delivery cost of exchange only if we shipped wrong items or size, and manufacturing, other than that return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges can only be made once per transaction.

  • Size exchange is not applicable for all size products

  • You must make a request within 7 days after you have received the products.

  • We do not offer refunds at this time.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
